Golden Salus was a biological and integrative medicine center in Dogana (San Marino), also specialized in hair bulb analysis using polarized light microscopy. I ran the project for 7 years as sole partner, handling everything: from e-commerce to the development of the software that generated the analysis reports.
A project where technical development, e-commerce, and operational management merged into a single daily activity.
What I managed:
Bilingual e-commerce Development and management of the e-commerce site for selling MFT (Multi Functional Test) analyses online. The customer would buy the test, send us a sample of their hair bulbs, and receive a full personalized report. Platform managed end-to-end, from setup to customer care.
Python software for report generation Development of custom Python software that automatically generated MFT and MFT Sport reports from microscope photos and raw lab data. Each report analyzes up to 70 elements including minerals, vitamins, amino acids, hormones, and heavy metals, with ratios and functionality indices personalized for each patient.
Operational management Coordination of the entire flow: online purchase → sample received → sent to the lab → data and photos received → report generated → delivered to the customer. A process that required precision and consistency.
Medical center management Administration and operational management of the center as sole partner for the entire duration of the project.
